Delete account
You can delete your Kidharbor account and all associated data at any time. Deletion removes your parent account, all child profiles, the data of the associated child devices (usage times, rules, location, protection flags) and related backups. Recovery is not possible afterwards.
In the app
Open the Kidharbor Parent App and go to More → Settings → Delete account. After a confirmation, your account and all data are permanently deleted.
By request
Alternatively, write to us from the email address registered in your account at hello@kidharbor.app with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm the deletion and carry it out within 30 days.
What is deleted
Parent account (name, email), child profiles, device links and data, rules and schedules, location data, protection flags, tasks and reminders. Technical server logs are deleted after a short time as part of normal retention anyway.
